Fees: The legal services of idea law firm are generally provided based on an engagement letter describing the specific conditions applicable to the services. In the absence of an engagement letter, the description of the services, as well as the commitments of the parties may be formalised by whatever means such as an exchange of letter, emails or the acceptance by the client of a fee proposal. Our fees are either based on time spent to which is applied the hourly rate of each partner  and/or associate involved with the case, or on a fixed fee agreed with the client or else on a combination of both methods.

As members of a management association accredited by tax authorities, we accept the payment of our fees by checks.
